How to Make the Perfect Matcha Latte: Scoop 1 tsp of matcha powder into 5oz of water and whisk. Then, pour your matcha shot into a glass filled with ice and 5oz of your choice of milk. Stir with a straw and enjoy! To sweeten, add a tsp of maple syrup or honey.
Our Story: In 2014, brothers Max & Graham Fortgang developed their own blend of ceremonial grade matcha and opened America’s first matcha cafe, MatchaBar, in Brooklyn. They’ve been spreading the word across the country ever since, giving people the energy to be themselves one matcha at a time.
