Our smaller 10” x 14” Hybrid Roasting Pan has all the features and benefits of our larger roaster but with a smaller footprint ideal for smaller cuts of meat and poultry. Features a nonstick rack for easier cleaning that allows air to circulate around the food for more even cooking.
Tri-ply construction with an aluminum core for quicker even heating, it’s safe to use on any home cooktop or stovetop, including induction. HexClad is metal utensil-safe, dishwasher-friendly, and oven-safe up to 900°F. (Tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400°F, while stainless steel lids are oven-safe up to 900°F.)
HexClad products that are sold by HexClad Cookware are backed by a lifetime warranty from manufacturer's defects. (Commercial and restaurant use excluded).
Your purchase includes one HexClad Roasting Pan measuring approximately 14 inches in length, 10 inches in width, and 3 inches in height. Included is a rack that prevents your roast from touching the bottom of the pan.
